Our Legal Office provides an expansive spectrum of services in sports law and international law – in particular with respect to dispute resolution and overseas debt recovery, as well as contract negotiations of a transboundary character.

Karolina graduated with honours in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, Poland. She is an LL. M. graduate in Sustainable Development at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan, Italy.
Karolina has gained her professional experience in legal offices in Poland and abroad. She completed a 6-month traineeship at an international law firm in Milan.
In 2022 she completed the Football Law Programme organized by the UEFA Academy. She is a member of the Legislative Expert Team on professional football of the Polish Football Association.
Currently inscribed on the list of attorney at the District Chamber of Attorneys in Gdańsk.
The main fields of her professional interests are sports law, maritime law and international law, including law of the sea and international dispute resolution. She specializes in sports law, predominantly in football regulations.
Karolina participates in preparations of agreements, including contracts for entities conducting sports-related activities, legal pleadings as well as legal opinions, and represents our Clients before courts and tribunals.
In her free time, she is dedicated to dance – not only as a student, but also as an active competitor and dance instructor.
She speaks fluent English and Italian, as well as French on communicative level.
Apart from its daily activities, our Team co-organizes and participates in numerous charity campaigns and provides pro publico bono legal aid.
