• provide legal assistance in the process of purchasing sports clubs;
• provide legal assistance to sports clubs and academies, including representing them before bodies of sports associations;
• prepare and negotiate contracts of players, couches and intermediaries;
• prepare and negotiate sponsorship and sports marketing contracts (commercial use of image);
• provide legal assistance in the process of transfer of players;
• manage sports disputes, including representing Clients before bodies of the Polish Football Association, the Polish Volleyball Association, FIFA, FIBA, as well as in arbitral proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne;
• prepare interpretations of regulations issued by sports associations;
• prepare legal opinions on the functioning of sports clubs and associations.

We have extensive professional experience in providing legal services to sports clubs and academies, as well as to entities working in the sports marketing sector. We advise both players and sports clubs and participate in domestic and international transfers of players.

We provide legal assistance in debt recovery on pre-judicial, judicial and enforcement stage. We have wide-ranging experience in managing legal disputes related to debt recovery and representing Clients in bankruptcy proceedings. In this respect, as part of our daily work, we support Clients not only in Poland, but also in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Hungary and countries of the Balkan Peninsula. In particular, we:

• exchange correspondence with contracting parties on the pre-judicial stage;
• prepare settlement agreements aimed at non-judicial dispute resolution;
• represent Clients before state and arbitral courts;
• represent Clients in clause and interim proceedings;
• represent Clients in enforcement proceedings as well as in proceedings on disclosure of the debtor’s assets;
• represent Clients in bankruptcy and arrangement proceedings.

Our Legal Office has extensive experience in representing Clients before state courts, administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland, before bodies of the Polish Football Association, the Polish Volleyball Association, FIFA, FIBA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.

We provide legal services to property developers, real estate agents, architects, housing communities and purchasers of real estate on both primary and secondary market. Our Legal Office offers assistance in the investment process, also with respect to legal and administrative aspects. In particular, we:

• prepare and evaluate agreements related to real estate trading, including developer agreements, rental agreements as well as real estate brokerage agreements;
• prepare and evaluate agreements related to the investment process, including contracts for construction services as well as for architectural and construction designs;
• represent Clients in negotiating contracts related to land and residential properties;
  evaluate legal status of real estate;
• advise and represent Clients in proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts concerning spatial planning and building construction supervision;
• advise and represent Clients in disputes arising from realization of construction investments or resulting from sales or rental of commercial spaces and dwellings;

• advise and represent Clients in legal proceedings concerning real estate ownership, including acquisitive prescription and management of joint property.

Our Team evaluates and prepares numerous contracts related to real estate, and has extensive experience in cooperating with various entities on the real estate market.

We provide legal assistance in the field of labour law to both employees and employers. We have experience in cooperating with employment agents on domestic and foreign labour markets. Our services include in particular:

• evaluating and preparing documentation related to labour law, including work regulations, employment contracts, non-competition agreements and management contracts;
• representing Clients in legal proceedings concerning appeals against termination of employment contracts, compensation for damages arising from termination of employment contracts, compensation proceedings related to employment relationship, ascertainment of employment relationship;
• representing Clients in proceedings before the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) as well as in proceedings before courts concerning appeals from decisions of ZUS regarding the amount and legitimacy of allowances and other benefits;
• preparing legal opinions on interpretation and application of labour law.

Our Team has experience in managing disputes arising from the application of labour law, including providing comprehensive legal assistance to human resources departments in order to minimize the risk related to employment decision-making.

We provide legal services in the field of functioning of commercial companies, civil law companies, as well as associations and foundations. We have extensive experience in providing legal assistance to partnerships and capital companies of various business profiles. Furthermore, our Legal Office participates in providing legal support to associations and foundations, often on a pro publico bono basis. We offer in particular:

• preparation of founding documents – agreements and statutes, managing registration proceedings in the National Court Register (KRS);
• preparation of rules of procedure of supervisory boards, drafts of resolutions and minutes of companies’ governing bodies;

We provide legal assistance in the field of protection of personal rights and image. We prepare and evaluate agreements concerning commercial use of image and represent our Clients in proceedings regarding protection of their personal rights, including protection against online infringements. In particular, we:

• evaluate and prepare agreements on commercial use of image, including image of athletes;
• issue letters concerning requests for cease of actions aimed at or resulting in violation of personal rights, including online violations;
• represent Clients in legal proceedings concerning protection of personal rights.

We provide legal advice on the protection of personal data, with particular consideration of the provisions of GDPR. We conduct training courses on practical application of the provisions of GDPR. In particular, we provide legal assistance in respect of:

• evaluating compliance of implemented solutions with GDPR;
• preparing documentation required by legal provisions on personal data protection, including privacy policies, regulations on data processing, as well as agreements on entrusting personal data processing;
• evaluating and preparing agreements on personal data processing, including agreements with data protection officer;
• conducting training courses on practical application of the provisions of GDPR.
