Urszula graduated with honours in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She specialized in cultural studies and Civilizations of the Far East, at the Faculty of Philology of the Jagiellonian University. She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow.
PhD student at the Department of Sociology of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
Urszula specializes in legal counselling for business entities, in particular in the field of company law and civil law. She has several years of experience in representing business entities in legal disputes, both at pre-judicial and judicial stage. She represents Clients before state courts, administrative courts and administrative authorities with great success. As part of legal services she provides, she offers comprehensive support to entrepreneurs in property development, commerce and production, in terms of developing relationships and networking with other entrepreneurs as well as administrative authorities and local governments. Apart from providing legal services to business entities, Urszula provides legal aid in family and property matters, in particular with regard to the management of joint property.
Urszula is a literature enthusiast and has passion for Japanese culture. Her diverse interests have resulted in several intersectoral publications in the field of cultural studies and law.
She speaks fluent English and Italian on communicative level.
