Maciej Bałaziński - legal advisor

Studied law at Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University. Defended thesis at Chair of European Law. Completed postgraduate studies on European law on Jagiellonian University.

In years 2001-2002 worked for ComArch S.A., and in years 2002-2005 worked for Legal Office Praski i Współpracownicy, participating in rendering legal services for companies TELE-FONIKA and sports club Wisła Kraków S.S.A.

From 2005 member of International Sports Lawyer Association. In years 2006-2007 worked for Legal Office Sobczyk i Współpracownicy.

In years 2008-2013 partner in Legal Office Kania Stachura Bałaziński Toś.

From 2013 owner of Legal Office Maciej Bałaziński i Współpracownicy, cooperating with ETL Group in Poland.

For two terms of office the member of Disciplinary Committee at Polish Football Association, the member of Dispute Chamber at Polish Football Association and Legal Committee at Polish Olympic Committee. The member of Council of Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych (The Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors).

From 2015 member of the Sports Law Section of the Allerhand Institute  independent center of advanced legal studies. 

Specializes in sports law, sports marketing and representation parties before courts and courts of arbitration – national and foreign (courts of arbitration at FIFA and FIBA, Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne), as well as in protection of personal goods and chattels, labour law and European law.

Speaks fluently English and German.
